I would ask that the paying guest pays 4 weeks in advance and maintain top-up weekly on a Friday via standing order.
Four weeks notice is required when giving up the room and vice versa
Rules are general, ie: Switch electricals off when not in use, no outdoor shoes to be worn upstairs (carpeted area), clean up after yourself, finally please close windows for security purposes if no one in house.
The area is a leafy suburb of Stevenage with local shops and cafes. Regular bus route. Beautiful countryside almost on doorstep - great for runners/walkers. Very safe, quiet area.
Buses run every 10/15 minutes throughout the day with the exception of Sundays when it is every 30 minutes.
