The Rent includes council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV license, high-speed wireless broadband, and cleaner every two weeks for the communal areas.

There are no administration fees. One month rent and deposit to be paid in advance. Single occupancy only.

The Room: double bed with mattress, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, a two-door wardrobe, desk with chair (not shown on photos) digital aerial, and high speed 350 MB wireless broadband.

The House is located in the St Nicholas area of Stevenage. It is within easy access of Lister Hospital 4 minutes by car, Local shops and bust stops are 2 minutes walk. Please see travel distances below by bicycle/bus/walking to various places in Stevenage.

The house has a modern gloss finish kitchen/diner with two tall fridge freezers, a washing machine, microwave, electric oven, and gas hob. There is also a kettle and a toaster for you to use. The dining area has a table and chairs. Reasonable new carpet, double glazing & decoration throughout the house, and modern furniture.

The exception to the modern furniture is the study desk and drawer inside this double room as they are slightly older. However, we are happy to provide you with a new bed and a white IKEA drawer unit matching with the modern white wardrobe already in the room if you are OK to pay £500 rent per month. Upon your request, we are happy to provide you with a duvet, 2 pillows, and bed sheets with duvet cover and pillowcases.

There is a modern bathroom which is fully tiled with an electric shower and bath. Extra toilet downstairs. The property is exceptionally clean with not only cleaners included in price fortnightly but the current professional tenants are very clean themselves. This is a peaceful and quiet house.

The front garden overlooks the green/park area. The fenced back garden is laid with concrete, which makes an ideal patio area.

There is ample parking in parking bays all around the property and on the road. If you have a bicycle you may use the shed where we can help the housemates to store up to 1-3 bicycles.
