Flat for single occupancy.
The house is in the old town, 10 mins walk to the train station and the high street. (local shops 2 roads away!)
The flat is a downstairs double room, with bathroom en-suite and access to the garden

There is a shared full size kitchen, with washing machine, freezer, oven etc downstairs
The rent includes free WiFi and use of all shared facilities.

The bathroom en-suite consists of toilet, sink, shower.
Rent is monthly 600 which includes all bills,
(council tax, energy bills, WIFI etc)
- no other bills to pay!
There is free parking on the front drive for 2 cars and unlimited free parking on the road.

This is a quiet house, other housemates work shifts.

Potential tenants MUST provide
3 months bank statements showing your income
1 work reference stating how long you have worked there and if the job is permanent or temporary.
1 personal guarantor to say they will cover your rent if you fail to pay, they must be a UK homeowner.

passport/driving licence copy to adhere to governments 'right to rent'

pets ok if it doesn't disturb other housemates, i. e. cats / fish
