I am a private landlord - the room available are double and single room, located in one of my houses in Stevenage.
Please note the cost of rental is £550 for single occupancy in double room and £650 for couple sharing the room, single room the cost of rental is £350.00 per calendar month.
We pay all the bills, including council tax, utilities and TV licence.
Unlimited high speed internet is available.
We also fully maintain the house and private garden. There is a large kitchen/diner with oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
Parking is available.
We prefer only Vegetarian.
