Well presented clean and tidy house in a nice area and great location for bishops stortford town centre, stansted airport, and trains to london and cambridge. If you are looking for a place that feels like a home that you can instantly relax in then drop us a message to arrange a viewing.

Busses to airport:
The 309 goes to the airport in the early hours and returns in the evening (photo of timetable attached). This bus stop is a 30second walk from our house.
The 510 & 509 go to the airport regularly throughout the day. This bus stop is about 13minute walk from our house and takes about 30mins to then travel to the airport.

Bishops Stortford Town Centre:
The town is about a 20 minute walk. Busses regularly go there from outside our house. (see timetable photo).

Shops:
We are also a 2 minute walk from a very big food store and other local shops and takeaways. There are lots more shops in Bishops Stortford which is very close by (see above).

Ideal housemate:
sociable, relaxed, considerate, organised, hygienic, tidy, and definately not a wild party animal. speaking of animals we have a very friendly and well behaved dog and cat. Preferably not cabin crew or shift workers unless you can be as quiet as a mouse.

The room:
Please note the room has a large bed but we are only advertising for 1 person as the house isn't big enough for anymore people and only has one bathroom. Room also has a chest of draws, bedside drawers, a large storage cupboard and storage under the bed. Due to our jobs we cannot allow other people to stay unless it is on a rare occasion and discussed in advance with us.

We also recieve quite a bit of interest in the room and will reply when we can :) You also have a better chance of a reply if you have a profile and photo as it shows you have made some sort of effort. Also we do not rent out the room last minute.

Deposit and rent:
Unfortunately due to many time wasters, to secure the room we will now require the deposit upfront which will be returned at the end of your stay (providing the house stays in its original condition). If you decide you no longer need the room after paying the deposit only £200 of the £250 will be returned as we could have rented the room to someone else.
Whatever day you move in will be you monthly rent date. As soon as we receive the deposit we will reserve the room for you. For example if you move in on 21st we will require the £250 deposit ideally before this day or on this day AND the £600 rent on this day.
