We are looking for a young single professional or couple who are reliable, conscientious, neat and tidy. Who is looking to rent a room in a family home. The rent is £775 per month including bills and bedding/towels hire, laundry and negotiable weekly cleaning and for couples the rent is £1400 PCM.
