Large Double Room to Let

Hi there,
I am excited to present large, clean double room.

The flat is a maisonette apartment with 2 floors: The first floor comprises of Kitchen, storage areas, large lounge equipped with TV, Superfast Virgin media broadband, Dinning table and sofas. The second floor has 2 large double Rooms equipped with King size beds, inbuilt wardrobe.

There is lot of parking space off street level for free 24 hours Monday to Sunday. Lee Vale White water centre and the park are 5 minutes walk away.
There is national rail to Liverpool street which takes 25 minutes,
20 minutes to Stratford international and takes 7 to 10 minutes walk to the station from the flat. There also lot of London buses operating in the area from London to Waltham cross bus station.

On my personal level , I am a very friendly, easy going person. I work as civil Engineer in a construction industry in central London. On my spare time I do sports, salsa, visiting friends, skiing & snowboarding trips.

I am looking for someone sociable, mature and tidy to share a home with (these are key attributes).
The room is very neat and therefore suits someone who is tidy, and non smoker.
I have been living in this home for the past 7 years and the neighbourhood is really nice.
