I have a spacious double room available in a 2 bedroom semi-detached house. The house overlooks an open field with horses. All bills are inlucded. The house was completed in December 2018 and the room has had five clean male lodgers.

The room comes fully furnished which includes a double bed, bedside table. and large wardrobe with drawers and plenty of hanging space. A 39" TV with Sky is mounted to the wall above a desk. There is also a Google Nest Mini which will give you control of the smart light and blinds in the room.

There is a spacious back garden, double length driveway, and a shared lounge and kitchen. The bathroom is modern and there is also a downstairs toilet. Visitor parking spaces are also available opposite the house. Two security cameras with floodlights overlook the driveway and back garden.

All bills, Sky broadband and Sky TV are included in the price. There is also access to Netflix, Sky Movies, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV+.

Tesco Express, Leavesden Country Park, a few local shops and the closest bus stop are a 5 minute walk away.

Watford Junction and the town centre is less than 15 minutes away by car and less than 20 minutes away by bus. The journey from Watford Junction to London Euston can take as little as 16 minutes.

The house is also less than 1.5 miles from Abbots Langley village and has great connections to the M1 and M25. M1 J6 is just 1.5 miles away and M25 J19 and J21A are both less than 2.5 miles away.

I am a live in landlord and a pretty easy going guy who enjoys movies, TV shows and keeing active. I've been told that I'm easy to live with and I'm happy to let people get on with their own thing or to socialise. I work from home but travel frequently for work.

I'm looking for a clean, socialble lodger who ideally does not work from home/works from home 1-2 days a week.
