Free residential parking is available without a permit, easy access to M1/M25/A41.

10 min walk to Watford Junction bus and train and 15 min walk to Town Centre.

Large supermarkets very close by.

The house has a shared kitchen and bathroom which has both a shower and bath. Washing machine and micowave available. You will have your own kitchen cupboard space. Kitchenware provided.

Single occupancy only. No couples, pets or children.
