The Owner, (landlord) is extremely helpful nothing is too much trouble. They provide all cleaning products for the communal area. They also clean the communal area periodically and look after the garden and any repairs needed.

Transport and shopping. Transportation is excellent – if you need to travel to London or St Albans or Milton Keynes or anywhere between you can get there very quickly.

Shops like Sainsbury's and the Asda superstore fifteen minutes walk or minutes by car. Watford Shopping precinct is two miles away. There are also local shops for essentials.

Very Close to Leavesden Studios, M1 & M25 also there is a bus route from Maytree Crescent or Courtland's Drive Shops which goes to Watford Junction and town center.

There is a driveway, but it is first in- first served.
There is free off-street parking just around the corner.

Lovely maintained garden with patio set and BBQ for all tenants and friends.
