Lovely one bed first floor flat based in Node Way Gardens, Welwyn (AL6 9FD) which is currently being tenanted but will be available as of 1 May 2020 to rent. I am therefore looking to find one professional tenant for £800 or a professional couple for £850pm. Please note bills are not included and are therefore additional to the monthly rent.

I am looking to rent this out without using an agency, and will therefore manage this myself, so as to save agency fees on both our parts. However, I will require references, payslips etc, as proof of income.

It is bright, clean and airy. Has white goods such as a power shower + shower screen, electric oven/hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer but is otherwise unfurnished. It was freshly decorated/painted throughout just 2.5 years ago. There are plenty of parking spaces available to the rear of the flats. There is also an entry phone system.

I am looking for either a single PROFESSIONAL tenant occupancy for £800pm or a PROFESSIONAL couple for £850 per month. References and credit checks will be sought as well as 1.5 months' deposit (£1,200.00) will be required.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE - the flat will have a Professional Clean done upon current tenant vacating end April 2020.
