This is a character, 1930s terraced house which has been completely renovated to a very high standard close to the centre of Welwyn Garden City with it's excellent range of shops, restaurants and coffee houses, including a large John Lewis department store, Waitrose, Sainsburys and Marks & Spencers - the latter of which can be found within the attractive Howard Centre, indoor shopping complex, next to the mainline railway station.
