Hi, I'm Kari, a retired live in landlord with a a spare room to let in a quiet village location between hitchin stevenage welwyn and Luton with off road parking.
The room is available for either a 7 or 5 day let. The bungalow is light and bright, open planned with a living /dining/ kitchen area.
The spare room has a small double bed, computer table and chair, two wardrobes, draws etc and is next to the main bathroom. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a mini fridge and freezer draw available for your own use. There's a decent sized TV and WiFi.
I'm up for a cup of coffee, a glass of wine and a chat but also appreciate people need their own space.
