Double room for variable term let

Newly decorated and carpeted small double room for single person let in large three bedroom house in Braes of Balvonie - Milton of Leys area, Inverness. Shared use of bathroom, shower-room, kitchen and lounge. Off road parking, Wi-fi and SKY TV included. Non-smoking house shared with two non-couple professionals, one male, one female, one cat and one friendly black lab. Length of let to be discussed, prefer short lets - nights, weekend, week, or a month or two. Over the winter will consider longer let. Prices vary due to length of stay. £43 per night, £100 for 3/4 nights or £140 per week. Any questions please email or text anytime. EDIT: The larger room is now an AirB&B room until winter and available for selected dates only. The smaller room is available on short term let for same price. There may be Air B&B guest/s staying at the house on some dates using the shared areas. There are two shared bathrooms for use by all guests.
