Double room in shared bungalow with lovely views

I’m looking for a flatmate to share this 2 bed house in the Scourgie area of Inverness. Great location! It takes 15-20 minutes to cycle to the hospital on road bike, or 20 minutes to drive in the morning rush hour.

The property is furnished, with the room going being double bedded (the bed includes a mattress of course), with a chest of drawers, a single walk-in-wardrobe and a bedside table. There's a large kitchen with dishwasher, one bathroom and toilet, and the living room which overlooks the bridge. There are beautiful views over the Firth.
A small 3rd bedroom is being used for storage.
Outside the house includes a large garage, shed and a small office at the top of the garden, again with lovely views over the kessock and firth.
The house has a huge amount of storage space.
There is also a green 3 minutes walk away with extensive views over the city and firth. The area is very quiet, but the city centre is still only a 30 minute walk away (35 minutes back due to it being uphill).
Rent is £360 per month and bills are on top of this.

I’m a a fairly laid back 31 year old junior doctor and am looking for someone who keeps things relatively clean, but who doesn’t mind a bit of untidyness. Generally I'm pretty sociable - I do enjoy a good night out once in a while, but I'm also a fan of board games evenings and chilled nights too.

I've been in for a year but my housemate is now moving on, so I’m looking for someone to join me for 6 months, after which I am unsure what I’d be doing. The landlords have stated they wish for both occupiers to move out simultaneously this time around, so that could be in 6 months or closer to a year (at present I don't know if I'd wish to stay for the year but it'll become clearer a few months in). The landlords are laid back and pretty helpful.

Bedroom is available from 5th August onwards.

******I've reduced the rent for the other room because it's such a nice house that I'd really like to stay, but this can only be done if I get a new housemate soon******

Unfortunately the landlords are not accepting any pets.
