Looking for a female flatmate for longterm let

Situated in a beautiful green area of Inverness. Excellent views of Bucht park and the Ness islands. 1 minute walk to the the botanic gardens/ ice rink and leisure centre with heaps of facilities - climbing wall, swimming gym etc. 15-20 minute walk along the river to the town centre. Generally a pretty quiet peaceful area. Easily accessible on street parking.

Room is fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and under bed storage.. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. My other spare room is currently unoccupied but I may look to rent this out in future. Would discuss potential future flatmates with you first.

I’m a young professional female. I would love a flatmate that I get on with but I do also enjoy a reasonable amount of personal space. I sometimes work from home during the day. My partner also comes around occasionally but does not live here. Sometimes I have friends come to stay for a weekend. I would give notice first they would always stay in my room with me and keep out of your way.

Looking for a friendly but tidy flatmate. Ideally for long term let. I like my home to be peaceful and tidy so not generally a 'party flat’ but friends/ visitors very welcome. Occasional small gatherings would also be possible so long as a bit of notice was given (some of the neighbours have small children!)

NB: I have only recently moved in and so am currently doing small amount of work on the living room (switching carpet for wood floors) happy to negotiate a reduction in rent whilst this is in progress.
