The house has gas central heating, washing machine, good kitchen, shower, WiFi, Netflix. This includes use of the garden and patio. There is on-street parking (lots of space).
I'm hoping to find someone who is responsible, respectful, and chilled-out to share this house. I work in nature conservation. You must be working (sorry no DSS). The room is not suitable for a couple.
The house is in a nice street with friendly neighbours. It's just 5 minutes walk from shops and the Caledonian Canal.
