Hi there, we are Maureen and Tim. We live in the glorious village of Tomatin, in our private contemporary home.. We are looking to rent out our self- contained apartment, which sits at the side of our house and has been newly refurbished to a very high standard.

Easy access to A9 , Inverness and Aviemore only 15 min drive either way.

Own entrance , own kitchen, situated at the back of our garage, large lounge/ bedroom area ., beautiful shower room.

Tomatin is ideally placed just off the A9 , about halfway between Inverness and Aviemore (16 miles each way)
We have a village shop and community hall which has pop up pub nights.
Carrbridge is (6miles ) has excellent eating / pubs garage etc..

There is access to the hills and woods offering fabulous walks, running, cycling. & fishing. Tomatin is also on the national cycling route!
stunning scenery with red squirrels & other wildlife on your doorstep.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
- All bills inc weekly rent
-4 weeks rent to be paid in advance
- Drovers House cannot be used as a postal address
- If a couple share the room, an additional £80 per week charge applies
- Additional room guests staying over have to be agreed beforehand & a supplementary fee paid.
- Cleaning of the apartment is not included and must be kept clean please.
