There is a shared lounge, dining room, bathroom, shower room and large kitchen with all mod cons. Linen is provided. Room has a double bed, 3 double wardrobes, 2 bedside drawer units, a chest of drawers, and a 43" TV.
We have broadband (with Wi-Fi). There is parking on the street (permit required). All bills are included. It is strictly no smoking inside the house but outside is ok. Minimum stay is 6 months, and there is a £8 / week cleaning charge. Please phone after 8pm.
