if you are arty, musical, open to new ideas and love people more than interior design perfection.

The location of this property is a writers dream and a def plus for anyone needing creative space. Panoramic views of the English Channel from an elevated spot.

When I went to take on this property I had trouble concentrating on the conversation with the owner, because of the breath taking sunshine and light sparkly on the open sea views. The owner, who lives next door with his wife, seemed to take my distraction as completely normal and something all visitors experience.

Photo's of this property are a waste of time you will either get it or you won't.

You will have a conservatory entrance to good sized living space. Dark carpet light walls desk and cane furniture. Walk through to kitchenette, yellow and reds eclectic DIY standard of fit out minimal furnishings.
Good number of cupboards for an annex.
Though to basic shower room with toilet and door to the back garden.
Shared use of the very large garden and access to the cliff path.
Permission to access to the beach via neighbours garden.
The garden has lots of different parts, is well kept and natural but not manicured.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms
the rear bedroom has a single bed and no linens you need to bring your own we can organise a double bed.
The front bedroom would make an ideal work/writing/painting room.

The owners are professional classical musicians.

There are works shop spaces for visiting professional classical musicians.
Wood working is also a passion for these home owners.

So in short, lots of space for an annex, property owners open to guests needing creative space, rural and seascape location, no matching decor, (this won't be a priority for whoever takes this space).
Unusually this property is only available till the end of August 2017. So peak summer months in this lovely location.
We want to let to a single person (can have a visiting partner) or a couple. We are not looking for 2 single separate people looking to house house the space won't work like that.
