Room 3 - (AVAILABLE ) Lower ground floor double room with own bathroom and courtyard.

Costs - The Room is £525 pcm, this includes all bills. If successful we ask for one months rent in advance (the day you move in).

Points to remember - All other tenants are quiet, respectful and fully referenced. This is a minimum stay of 6 months but ideally longer.
