This spectacular, grand family home has a large double room to let with linens and towels provided. You will have use of your own bathroom but is it not en suite. Pale colour, stylish decor, throughout this large period home. Use of spectacular kitchen with dining table. Shared living room plus there is also separate private family living room. Use of utility room(vast!)A very quiet and almost invisible dog lives here, it didn't make a sound or move the whole time I was at the property. The property is immaculately presented and the family are vivacious, fun and hospitable. Everyone in this household is sporting and madly competitive in the best possible way. Smashing place to rent a room if you are new to the area and need somewhere to start you off before you commit to a whole property. We are especially keen to invite NHS employees to view this room, Occupational health and therapy practitioners most welcome. Flying Fish customers very welcome. UKSA customers very welcome.
International interns very welcome here. Previous interns have adored staying with this family.

MONDAY EVE TO FRIDAY MORNING - £85 PER WEEK
1 OR 2 NIGHTS PER WEEK PER BUT EVERY WEEK £15-20 PER NIGHT

My service in brief:
• Viewings available from 9. 30am to 7. 30pm 7 days per week.
• I can pick you up from the Red Jet terminal or a local businesses or the hospital accommodation and take you to view various properties.
• On the way to viewing a prospective room I will show you the location of the property in relation to where you are working as well as the nearest bus stops or chain ferry and amenities.
• I will explain clearly about how I operate a No contract and No bills service.
• All my properties have weekly professional cleaning service.
• All my properties are fully furnished including bed linens.
• All my properties have Wi-Fi unless specifically stated other-wise.
• All my properties have very clear overnight guest guidelines based on each individual situation.
• If you then take one of my properties I will give you a mutually convenient start date from 9am to 7pm 7 days per week.
• If you are arriving from the mainland I will pick you and your luggage up from the Red Jet - if you are traveling as a foot passenger - and take you to your property.
• I will trouble shoot any issues you may have.
• I will move you to an alternative property within 24hrs at no charge if you are not completely satisfied.
• You will need a landlords reference and conformation of employment
• I regret that housing benefit is not accepted at any of my properties.
• I charge a one off booking of £95 which is payable when you move in.
