Homely double room in Victorian house

I have a spacious room with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and alcove for storage available from mid-October 2018.

This Victorian property has been refurbished to a high standard and is a cosy home currently with 3 house mates, who are all professionals and work hard during the week.

There is a shed for storage of bikes/surfboards/wakeboards etc. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is a wet room.

The house is a 10 minute walk into Cowes town centre with access to all amenities such as shops, pubs, Redjet to Southampton and chain ferry, Yacht Haven and Shepherd's Wharf.

All housemates are very active, love the outdoors and all watersports as well as having people over for dinner. Ideally we are looking for someone who is similar to us!

We have a well behaved dog called Uffa.

We have unlimited on-street car parking.
