Large upstairs double Room in house to share with one female homeowner writer/professional. . Use of living area, kitchen diner, downstairs bathroom, utility room and garden.

Can be furnished or unfurnished. Walking distance to Waitrose, Red Funnel and chain link ferry to Cowes.

I am generally quiet, like to write, music, singing. Like nature, animals and looking for someone tidy and considerate to share with who might want to socialise on occasion.

I would like someone who likes cats, who is clean but not necessarily tidy and occasional likes socialising at the local eateries. I also love fine wine and a good chat about life in general. Would be nice to share and laugh!

Great broadband speed. Great neighbours. Parking can mean up to a 5 min walk if you have a car.
