1 double sized, fully furnished bedroom, in a lovely well presented bungalow. The owner of the property is a lovely female lady.

The bedroom has a good quality single bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, WIFI and bedding etc provided. You would also have your own bathroom.

The lounge, diner and kitchen would be shared including a table to sit at. There is a washing machine, fridge freezer and large dishwasher also for shared use.

The landlord is very easy to get on with.

This a lovely room to let with great company also.

• All our live out landlord properties have weekly or every other week professional cleaning service.

• All our properties are fully furnished including bed linens.

• All our properties have Wi-Fi unless specifically stated other-wise.

• All our properties have very clear overnight guest guidelines based on each individual situation.

• If you then take one of our properties I will give you a mutually convenient start date from 9am to 6pm, 7 days per week.

• If you are arriving from the mainland we will pick you and your luggage up from the Red Jet - if you are travelling as a foot passenger - and take you to your property.

• We will trouble shoot any issues you may have.

• You will need a landlord’s reference and confirmation of employment and photo ID to be supplied before being offered accommodation

• We regret that housing benefit is not accepted at any of our properties.

• Other properties are available if you can’t see what you need in the first instance.
