Double furnished room to rent in Central newport

I am looking for a female in full time employment.

Although we are in the centre of newport the house is located on a small and quiet cul de sac. It's about a 5 minute walk to the local bus station and a 10 minute drive/bus ride to the hospital making it ideal for hospital workers.

You will have a double bedroom with a shared bathroom and kitchen. We have a utility room with a washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen is needing a makeover and that's coming but there's everything you need and more, from a coffee machine, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker, cooker and hob.

A large garden is situated at the back of the house and you would be very welcomed to spend time outside using the bbq or just relaxing in the sun.
