I have a single room available, it is currently equipped with 2 single beds however this can be changed to meet individual requirements if renting for over a month.
This is a short term let, the room can be rented from 2 nights up to 2 months etc.... Maximum length of stay is 3months.
The cost is £360 per calendar month. anything less is variable in price and individual requirements can be discussed.
You will have shared use of the bathroom and kitchen.
I will require a deposit.

I am located right next to Ryde town, 2 minutes from the bus station, train and hovercraft.
