Are you a professional looking to share a quiet, friendly home close to beach and Ryde Esplanade, in the middle of a conservation area on the Isle of Wight?

Perhaps for a short time while you look around? (I hope to be moving in a few weeks time).

The room on offer has a beautiful view over the Pelhamfield/Ryde conservation area with sunsets to die for.

Other rooms in our home have great views over the Solent, the yachts and ferries. Your room has good storage with a large table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves.

Great location. You are only:
• 1 min walk to the coastal path
• 2 mins walk to the beach via a private gate
• 5 mins walk to Ryde’s restaurants and shops
• 10 mins walk to Ryde Esplanade’s trains, buses. and a choice of walking or riding to the pier and ferries or Hovercraft.

You have full use of:

My home is designed for others to share with me. Friendly and considerate house sharers include retired female professional, and former chef/turned woodworker. Our interests span walking, sailing, cycling, skiing, gardening (with a focus on permaculture), and actively participating in local community affairs.

£125 per week inclusive till early October when our fixed dual fuel account expires, So any increase will be shared over and above the current level of expenses. (We are Council Tax band D). Deposit £125.
