We are close to Sandwich. Canterbury and Dover. We have recently refurbished most of the property. We have 2 rooms available on the top floor of our grade 2 listed Georgian townhouse. There is a newly refurbished shared bathroom and a shared lounge on the top floor. Kitchen and diner are on the ground floor with another lounge area. Our room is on the middle floor and we have another ensuite room which we use for Airbnb, so we need people who are clean tidy and respectful of others. There is a courtyard garden off the kitchen which can also be used.
