Main double in nice home - lodger wanted

I have a lovely house in Willesborough, cat lovers an absolute must. I'm letting the main double bedroom, I have the smaller double and the box room is essentially my wardrobe :-) Full disclosure, my parents own the house so I've pretty much marked my territory here, however, I'd really love to live with someone who regards and respects this house as a home. I'm not precious, I would love to have another person here who just enjoys a chilled environment, likes spending time together and time apart. I do have 2 cats, one of whom is ridiculously friendly and fluffy and the other who will hate you. That's just how she rolls. She rules the roost. I'm not a clean freak but I like things tidy(ish) but clean is an absolute requirement, I'd never expect anyone to clean up after me so the same applies but equally - I won't get pissy if you leave the washing up for one night. My parents pop round on the regs, but never without warning. I'm pretty easy going but there are certain things I draw a line with so if you can handle my neuroticism, yay! I'm also vegan - fine if you're a meat-eater but we'll just have to arrange a thing. As long as you're respectful, as I will be, then we're all good. And, I work from home, so if it's going to irritate you that I'm ALWAYS here then we won't work, because, lord, I am always here haha.
