Rooms have been well decorated with wall papers and fully furnished .I am a single mum with 2 kids , 14 year old daughter in school and a 19 old son in the university and only comes home during holidays. Looking for a female lodger that will treat it as a home . House is fully furnished and comes with a garden , car park at the back , access to communal area and only 1 minute walk to bus stop for a non driver. I have only got picture of the first room and would add pictures from second room later . Happy to rent unfurnished if lodger already has properties.
