A very nice and unique house in Kernardington ashford kent .The house is 115 years old Room newly decorated. Purchased and moved into not long ago. We are open to short or Iong term lets. I work part time nights and a chiropodist. Your bedroom is a very large double with beautiful views.
.We are 2 miles from hamstreet station and Appledore train station. The room is fully furnished but no problems if you fancy bringing your own furniture. Already fitted is a wide screen tv in the bedroom. You also get the benefit of having a bathroom downstairs a shower room and use of the utilty room. There is a bathroom upstairs too. In the kitchen you will get shelves in the fridge, freezer and your own large cupboard to use for food.
Your own car parking space on our private large drive. We have a 3rd of an acre garden which is very private and beautiful.
The area is very central to a lot of trendy and popular places.

I'm. a very relaxed individual and so is my daughter. Such a big house for 2 people.
Minimum stay 3 months and 1 months notice please. We prefer contractors or people of full time work.
£250 deposit to secure to stop time wasters Room will not be ready till November (20th onwards) as stated in the date when available. Perfer someone who works 5 day weeks & who doesn’t work from home. Prefer weekly rent not monthly. Unfortunately no children as it’s for one person the room! No time wasters please
