Looking for a working professional who is respectful and tidy. The house has a lovely big garden and there is parking outside or two car parks which are a one minute walking distance from the house. There is a local post office/ food shop which is a 30 second walk from the house and a large park around the corner. The local pub is The Red Bull and Aylesford High Street has restaurants and pubs including The Hengist and The Chequers which is a 5 minute drive away.

The train to London Victoria or Kings Cross from Aylesford is 1 hour 10 mins - 1 hour 20.

There are also lots of other close by stations. Barming is a short drive away and 1 hour 3 mins into London Victoria.
Maidstone West is a short drive away and the train is 1 hour 20 to London Bridge or Victoria or 1 hour 5 mins to Kings Cross.

The bathroom has been refurbished and has a bath/shower. The village is very quiet and peaceful with lots of lovely countryside walks to enjoy.
