My name is Sarah, I have a beautiful, large rental flat and I'm looking for a friendly, professional flatmate to share it with 😊
I am looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, quiet and very clean and neat.

The Bedroom is a great size double room (can fit king size bed) with calming green views onto the Crystal Palace training ground. It has a double built in wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom that you would have sole use of (shower, loo and large basin vanity). It is rented Unfurnished, so you would need to bring your own bedroom furniture.
Bills are approx. £240/month.
There are also fees payable to the managing agents for a new lease, referencing etc.
