The Room
A large kingsize room in our top floor 3-bedroom flat. 2 large windows. Furnished (kingsize bed, 2 bedside tables, vanity table, large wardrobe). Shares bathroom with one of the other bedrooms.

The Flat
Light, bright 3-bed top floor flat with bathroom with over bath shower, massive living, dining and kitchen open plan living space, balcony big enough to sit out on, separate utility room and separate airing cupboard, hallway storage, free under building secure car parking space / bike storage available.
Utility room has a combined washer/drier and kitchen includes microwave and dishwasher. Lots of additional hallway storage. We have a lovely cleaner fortnightly for the communal areas.

Flatmates
We are two friends who work in different areas of London theatre (admin and stage management) and we have lived in the flat for 3 years. Our current third flatmate has recently bought a property so we are looking for someone new to move in. Depending on schedule, we sometimes don’t overlap much in the week and tend to be around more at weekends.

Transport
2 mins walk from Clock House station (overground to Cannon Street, Lewisham, Charing Cross, London Bridge, Waterloo East, Ladywell and out to Hayes in Kent)

1 min walk from the tramline to Croydon / Wimbledon etc.

8 mins walk to Kent House station (overground to Brixton / Victoria)

15 mins walk from Penge and the 176 24-hour bus route into central London (Cambridge Circus / Trafalgar Square / Strand / Waterloo / Camberwell)

The Area / amenities
There are large supermarkets nearby in Penge and Beckenham and there’s a handy Sainsbury’s Local 30 seconds away. It’s a 5 min walk to the local pool / leisure centre and a library and less than 10 mins walk to an Odeon cinema. Nice coffee / brunch / lunch / dinner places nearby and lots of local parks and green spaces including Beckenham Place.
