The room that is available as single or small double at £650 recently redecorated, I’m happy to change any furniture if requested, rent includes bills .

My daughter is only there every other weekend and during the week nights during school and never on a Monday , i work late nights when she’s not there so plenty of private time, we have a cat that’s very friendly.

The house is in walking distance of three main line train stations, also five minutes walk from the tram line .

10 minutes walk away from everyone active gym & spa, there are buses to some amazing parks .

We have some great restaurants & bars in the town Center that are about 10-15 mins walk away ....

The property has private parking and gated security.
