Bright room overlooking park

This feels like being on a online dating app but only searching for the one to live with and with an added twist of social distancing ;)

Hello lovely people.
My name is Bash and I have a bright and airy double bedroom available to rent, you'll be living with me but will have plenty of peaceful space to yourself. Your room has a double bed, big desk, chair and two wardrobes (houseplants optional!)

The strange times that we're living in has added a new challenge. Due to ongoing health issues, asthma being one of them, means that I am vulnerable to Covid19. Which also means that a new flatmate would ideally need to be tidy, clean and stick to lockdown rules if and when they occur. Would also hope that they also use face masks when shopping or using public transport (the must have fashion accessory of 2020!)

Over the lockdown more plants have made their way to my home which kept me distracted. I hope you won't mind some green inside, but don't worry, you won't have to feed or water them :)

I am a (so-called) professional who used to work in an office in central London but currently work from home, but close my laptop at 'hometime' :) I'm happy to just relax on the sofa, watch films, listening to music or chill on the balcony (there are two balconies to choose from!). I also have a small room which I use as a studio, I'm a working artist, mainly paint and stencil work).

The flat is across the street from the massive Beckenham Place Park (your room overlooks the park and trees!), which has sprawling woodlands, a lake, a cafe, cool bar, a secondhand record shop and the new addition of The Stables: drinks, homemade pizza, good coffee and delicious cake. A real hidden treat of South London and a great place to relax or picnic.

The flats have free parking downstairs. There's also a lift if you're feeling lazy ;)

You will have your own fridge. There is a tumble dryer and washing machine. Central heating and double glazing. The neighbourhood is quiet, friendly, green and breathable.

The closest station is Beckenham Hill Station (5mins walk). But you won't be far from Beckenham Junction (to London Victoria), New Beckenham (to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Waterloo), Lower Sydenham (to Charing Cross and Cannon St), which I use regularly. Also a bus stop opposite with take you to our high street (independent shops, well known supermarkets and bars/restaurants and cafes) or straight into Central London.

What am I looking for on this app you might ask...well, clean, tidy friendly peeps is a good start. It would be great to have someone who will treat it as a home rather than just renting.
