Room available in Friendly Beckenham Houseshare

The Room

This is a room to let in a friendly houseshare of four in Beckenham. Beckenham is classified as being on the South East London\North Kent border and is in Greater London (Zone 4).

The house is less than 10 minutes walk to three stations to London Bridge, Victoria and Blackfriars (travel time into London 16-19 minutes).

Beckenham High Street is also only 10 minutes walk away with plenty of nice pubs\restaurants\shops etc.

Beckenham also has great local amenities - swimming pool, gyms, sports facilities, cinema, shops etc.

The house is clean & tidy (we're not completely fastidous about this, but we're not slumming it and obviously expect people to lend an equal hand with household chores).

The room itself comes furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawer unit).

The room is available for single occupancy only, it is not intended for couples (no-one minds the occasional guest, though) :-)

The house is non-smoking and we're ideally looking for a professional.

There is ample parking available, an out-house for bikes\storage.

£380 pcm INCLUDING ALL BILLS (council tax, gas, electric, water bills are all included in the rent, saving you around £80 pcm).
