Two double rooms will be available in the 3 bedroom flat (with two bathrooms) I currently rent due to a change in work location.

Located on the lovely Beckenham Place Park Road, the flat is situated on the second floor of the building, there is nobody on either side as the flat takes the whole floor which means there are tones of natural light flooding through the flat and no noisy neighbours. The view is of lots of trees and the communal garden.

The flat also has a big living room and kitchen area, and two private off-street parking lots. Both bedrooms are decent double sized and they are both fully furnished. The rest of the flat comes completely furnished and has everything you will need.

The flat is 10 minutes walk to Beckenham junction station and to the town centre and 3 minutes walk to Beckenham Place Park.

About the current tenant:
He is 34, works full-time and loves to have a laugh.
In his spare time, he likes to see friends, cook, go to the gym and practise lots of sports.

He is a clean and tidy person and like the house to be the same. His room has its own bathroom which means you will only have to share with one other person.

Both rooms are available at the end of July/ beginning of August, and the rent is:
Room 1: £650 per calendar month (bills included)
Room 2: £700 per calendar month (bills included)
This covers everything gas/ water/ electricity/ WiFi.

There is a security deposit of £750 pounds and a furniture deposit of £300
