Very Large House with a double room available now (viewing by appointment) in this lovely clean friendly house in Beckenham, safe area in a good neighbourhood with great transport links - close to Kings school of English 10 min walk, stations are Kent House 3 min walk, Clock House 5 min Walk, & New Beckenham 7 min walk, Victoria station in 17 mins from home or London Bridge in 20 mins charring cross 25 mins there is a night bus & tram service locally too, newly decorated rooms , 2 wet rooms. and 3 toilets all rooms are clean & comfortable and have their own wash basin etc ,there is a laundry room too. if this sounds interesting please get in touch. would suit quiet professional, must be a dog lover (or at least not be scared of Django, our friendly, non aggressive clean protector. ) rent is inclusive of utilities and wifi, my rooms usually go upon first viewing.
