We are looking for the right tenant for our home, and we hope your it!

We are 5 minute walk from Elmers End station with trains into London every 20 minute, 22 minutes to London Bridge. Elmers end also has and Tesco's is just outside and tram links to Croydon. Or you and walk 10 minutes to Beckeham junction, with more transport links, and shops.

The room is the largest in the house with large bay windows looking over a well established garden, they have new heavy curtain which are great for a super dark room at night. There is a shared bathroom with two separate toilets upstairs and down. The rooms have excellent fitted storage both hanging and draw space and can come with or without a double bed, which ever suits you.

We are international teachers and travel a lot so we have the little box room, my father is the other tenant who has the back room and living room. He is very welcoming and loves to chat and may well invite you in to watch TV or eat with him if you would like some company. He is retired some is home most of the time and potters in the garden.
