Double Room (& second smaller room) £500PM Beck

Hello Everyone!

Jess and I are looking for a new preferably 27yrs - 35yrs (sorry boys!) house mate for our 3 bed flat in Beckenham.

About us ...

We are both busy relatively active girls in our late 20s, early 30's who are looking for another independent down to earth person to join the flat. Our other housemate Zoe is moving out because she’s going travelling.

We both have our own lives and work across the week. We are quiet - clean and considerate to each other - we don't lead rock and roll life styles - we both love chilling and having a glass of wine and being busy. That's our rock and roll! Ha! Our house is defo a house rather than rooms, so we will have a catch up cooking dinner etc.

About the room / flat - the room is a regular double sized bedroom (see pics) - Has a built in cupboard with shelves. All the stuff in the pictures is Zoe’s and she’ll be taking that with her, so the room will come unfurnished. This bedroom is the smaller one in the flat so you actually get two rooms, (a smaller study) included in the prices (second last two photos). Zoe uses this as a dressing room.

The rest of the flat has a large lounge - bathroom - separate toilet - and Kitchen.

Zoe is going travelling likely at the end of the year so room will be available mid December to early Jan. She’s happy to be flexible.

Rent is £500 a month - all bills included. Due on 28th of each month and there are also some estate agent fees - I think this works out as roughly £200.
Plus a months deposit.


It’s a shared tenancy. Minimum stay is 6 months

There are loads of free parking out the front and on the side roads which are quiet.

We are less than a 10minute walk from Beckenham Junction Station - less than a 10minute walk from Ravensbourne station - 15min walk from New Beckenham Station.
