Double en suite room in Belvedere

I am advertising a double room in my house in Belvedere.
Currently 3 housemates including myself, my brother and his partner.
We are professionals who are looking for a housemate for up to 6 months.
We are artistic, performers and artists.
We have a cat in the house.
The room itself is partially furnished. The ensuite door needs replacing but we can do that before you arrive.
We are looking for a clean and tidy housemate. Shared interests are a plus but we are all friendly and are looking forward to hearing from you.

To avoid any complications we will be providing a tenancy agreement which we would expect you to sign.
Also regarding a deposit and references,
There are two options regarding deposit.
Option 1 is a security deposit of one months rent.
Option 2 (to have £0 deposit) is to supply us with the following information:
- 3 years address history
- Employment contract
- Employer email and phone number
- Current land lord email and phone number
- 3 months bank statements
- 3 months pay slips
- Proof of address (bank statements or utility bill or current tenancy agreement)
- Proof of ID (passport)
