Only 1 double room remains in a lovely Victorian house, with a spacious and bright lounge and a well equipped kitchen. The house is on a quiet road, boasts 2 bathrooms, has high-speed internet, a lovely double gas range oven with 5 hobs in the kitchen, as well as a good sized garden. Each room is to be let to 1 person only, no couples please.

A light, airy double bedroom is available for £580/month (from 10th August). It has a double bed with built in drawers, a large wardrobe and a bedside table. (The en-suite is shared with 1 other person and there is a Jack and Jill lock that enables both doors to be locked at once when in the bathroom.)

All bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax) are included in the price, with the exception of the cleaner. Every person pays £33 (to cover 1 week) for the cleaner, as she comes every week and cleans all the communal areas and bathrooms.

The house is in an excellent condition because everyone clears after themselves and landlord ensures that anything that needs fixing is done right away. We are all easy-going, tidy and respect our quiet time and we would ask the same of you.

The house benefits from a rear garden, fast broadband and is a mere 7 min walk to Belvedere station and the adjacent ASDA and there are other shops within walking distance, including a large Sainsbury by Abbey Wood Station.
