Single bedroom - Bexley

Hello there!

I’m Nik; professional type with an interest in music and sports. I play guitar in a couple bands and love to be around people and socialise.

I’m looking for someone to rent the third bedroom in my recently refurbished home. The room is spacious and furnished with a single bed and chest of drawers.

I am very clean and tidy and am looking for someone with similar values. I have a well-behaved pet cat who will always try it on for snacks, beware!

About the property generally:

Monthly rent includes all bills.

Preferably looking for professional person with no pets and non-smoking (or smoking outdoors only). Visitors/guests are allowed, just give me some notice and I’ll allow generally up to once/twice per week.

There is parking available for directly outside the house and additional parking available on the street close by. I also have an EV charger installed.

Available facilities include the rented room, kitchen/dining room, bathrooms, garage and front & rear gardens.
