Large double bedroom DA6 Bexleyheath

My 3 bed terraced house is based in the centre of Bexleyheath close to all bus routes that serve Bexleyheath Clock Tower and both Barnehurst/Bexleyheath train stations (15 minute walk away) go to London Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Victoria and London Bridge.

I am currently looking for a female Christian lodger who would like to share my home with my daughter (23 years old) and myself (56 years old). We are non-smokers but the lodger must be comfortable with animals as I have a dog and cats. Our home is peaceful and quiet and has a large through lounge with Sky+, a large kitchen/diner and a utility room. I have a large south facing garden that is lovely in the winter and the summer where a lodger could relax and spend their time. I also have sufficient space for someone to store items they may want to keep out of their bedroom as I have a large garage at the end of the garden. As well, we have off street parking with a share alley way and a parking space behind our garage.

The double bedroom has a large double glazed window with a view of the garden, it comes furnished with 2 sets of drawers and a wardrobe. The room light and airy and has been freshly painted.
