Double and Single Rooms in House Share

Double Room = £550 per month inc 1.of.3

Double Room (£550) and Single Room (£430) available from early February. Potential lodgers do not need to have both rooms, these are the rooms currently available.
Landlady lives upstairs (when Not at work), and also uses the kitchen-diner, utility room and garden.

I am aged in my mid 50s, straight, easy-going and have only a few house-rules, to benefit all occupants, although
due to the increased cost of gas and electric, I would prefer a working person who does NOT need to Work From Home. Ideally that person will be over 40 too.

Double and Single room both on ground floor.
Both lodgers would share shower and toilet connected to the utility room.
Wifi and freeview TV- all bills inc.
Ideally would suit 2nd and 3rd (Non vegitarian) females, aged from 40 upwards.

No parking restrictions in street.
Driveway possibly available sometimes.
Smoking in garden only.

Bexleyheath train station (Zone 5), 7 minute walk.
Travel time to London Bridge is 30 minutes,
40 minutes to Charing. X
Danson Park is 10 minute walk away.
A2 is 4 minute drive away.
House near CrookLog Leisure Centre.
Shops, Bars and restaurants also beside Bexleyheath train-station..
