Friend/cat sitter/flat mate required

Hiya I have a newly refurbed flat in the town centre of Bexleyheath

I am looking for a friend to rent out my spare double. It's currently furnished but I'm happy to move the stuff out if you want to bring yours in. The wardrobe is quite old so if you dont have your own I'll just replace it :)

I go on holidays and am looking for a friend and cat sitter to stay with her whilst I'm away too. This is why I have reduced the price for the room to £600 because you will have to cat sit for me whilst I'm away. (Obviously I'll check the dates are ok with you beforehand haha!)

I volunteer for cat rescue charities and may have to go abroad to pick up cats that are abandoned and need rehoming back here.

Couple minutes walk to buses and 20 min to train stations.

Only crazy cat ladies need apply!

Looking for someone who is friendly and wants to hang out as well as do their own thing. Non judgemental with their own life and quiet and respectful just like I am.

I need a gym buddy too so would be a plus if you want to start exercising too but have no one to go with like me!

The bathroom is not yet done but I'm hoping to next year once I've saved up so you must be ok with that for a week or so when it happens. Itll be worth it after!
