There's a secure bike shed & communal garden, also secure parking space. 7 minutes walk to Bexleyheath station for trains into London and out to Dartford. Easy access to the A2. Loads of buses. Sainsbury’s by the station + other local shops and larger supermarkets/M&S a 10 minute walk. Very close to park and leisure centre.

Rent inclusive of bills: TV/BB/phone (except calls), gas, electricity, water & council tax. Standard 1 months rent in advance and 1 months notice either side. References required. Short Term also accepted- rent neg.
