The Kitchenette

I am looking for any reliable lodger, of any age as long as over 21.

My home is in Biggin Hill Valley, a residential area close to the countryside. There is a very frequent bus service to Bromley, and a bus service to New Addington.
I can provide a car parking space on my drive.

I have a furnished room available, with a double bed, available from the February 3rd, on a long term let at £140 pw. I would like a deposit of £300, returnable on departure if all good.
I do need 2 references please, at least one professional.

A single female or male is welcome, but preferably not a couple; the room isn't quite big enough for that.

Non smokers only, sorry.

Facilities available are listed below and do not incur extra charges. Obviously you would be epected to keep these both clean and tidy.
There are:
1 Separate shower room plus toilet on the ground floor.
1 Small kitchenette with small oven, microwave, kettle, slow cooker, air fryer, toaster and various pots and pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, sink, hot and cold water.
Washing machine.
Tumble drier.

All costs - electricity, central heating and broadband - are included, nor is there any council tax to pay..
You are welcome to bring your own TV but I do have a small TV if needed. There is also a small “HiFi” system and I can also loan a Windows PC and a printer!
NB not shown in the photographs, but I am going to move a small bureau into the room or a comfortable easy chair.
